Noir Techs provides custom software development, including CRM systems, trading algorithms, website development, mobile applications, and plugin development. All deliverables are scoped in a signed project proposal.
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created for your project.
Projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones defined in the project proposal.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client-side dependencies may extend the delivery date.
We treat all client data, business logic, and proprietary information as strictly confidential. NDAs are available upon request.
Noir Techs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
